Divashin Naidoo

Divashin Naidoo is a Partner with expertise in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence investigations, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, and general corporate advisory work.

He has significant experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and vetting commercial contracts, and has conducted due diligence investigations for M&A transactions. He previously served as in‑house legal counsel at a large corporate, gaining valuable commercial and practical insight.

Divashin holds an LLB (2013), a BMSC (Honours) (2008), and a B.Sc (2006) from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
