Giada Masina

Giada Masina is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, advising on mergers and acquisitions and all general corporate and commercial law issues. She has particular expertise in the mining sector, with over a decade of experience advising on several high-profile transactions for both local and foreign clients. She has also advised extensively on all mining regulatory aspects of commercial transactions from inception to implementation.

She holds a B.Com (2003) and an LL.B (2005) from the University of Johannesburg, and a Certificate of Competence in Prospecting and Mining Law from the University of the Witwatersrand (2009). She is an admitted attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa.
