Chris Ntuta

Chris Ntuta is an Executive at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice, specialising in Corporate Law. He has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts as well as structuring, implementing and regulating transactions across a wide variety of sectors.

Chris's experience includes conducting legal due diligence investigations in anticipation of acquisitions and advising, structuring and implementing some of the major Black Economic Empowerment transactions in South Africa in accordance with B-BBEE legislation, including the drafting of prospectuses and related transaction documents.

Chris holds a B.A., an LL.B. and an LL.M. from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

He is recognised by Best Lawyers for Corporate Law (2020–2022).
