Jason Lane

Jason Lane is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice. His primary practice area is Insurance Law.

He has a particular interest in the insurance and reinsurance fields. He focuses primarily on insurance disputes across all lines of insurance business, but also on construction and general commercial litigation matters.

He has been involved in a number of litigious matters in the High Court and in litigious matters brought before the Commercial Court.

He holds a BA (with distinction) and an LLB (with distinction) from the University of Pretoria and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
