Ferosa Kirsten

Ferosa Kirsten is an Associate in the Employment practice at ENS, specialising in employment law and representing clients across a variety of industries including automobile, water boards, bargaining councils and banking.

She advises clients on collective labour law disputes, restraints of trade, unfair dismissal disputes and administrative law, and is experienced in drafting pleadings for the South African Labour Court, the CCMA, and High Court civil litigation, as well as drafting employment contracts and settlement agreements. She acts for private individuals as well as commercial entities.

Ferosa holds an LL.B from the University of South Africa, an Advanced Course in Insolvency Litigation from the University of Pretoria, and a Certificate in Advanced Labour Law from the University of Pretoria. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
