Cornelia Hausiku

Cornelia Hausiku is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. She focuses on leveraged finance, general corporate finance, trade finance and debt restructuring, advising financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors on debt and equity transactions.

Cornelia has experience in cross-border bilateral and syndicated transactions and security structures, advising local and international banking institutions, private equity funds, and listed and private sponsors and borrowers across sectors including mining, renewable energy and real estate. Prior to joining the Banking and Finance practice, she gained experience in corporate commercial law, assisting with mergers and acquisitions and advisory mandates.

Cornelia holds an LL.B. from Rhodes University and is admitted as a legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia.
