Amanda Nkwanyana

Amanda Nkwanyana is a Partner in the Cape Town office, specialising in Tax Law. She focuses on tax dispute resolution and controversy management, and also advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, group rationalisations, employee tax, international tax and general corporate tax advisory work.

Amanda holds an LL.M. in Tax Law (2022) and an LL.B. (2017) from the University of Cape Town and the University of the Western Cape respectively. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
