Karen Rosingana

Karen Rosingana is a Senior Consultant at Bowmans in the Cape Town office, specialising in Tax Law. She focuses on corporate tax, advising on sustainable tax management, structuring, risk management, and transparency and disclosures.

Karen has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and disposals, as well as managing relationships with revenue authorities and supporting clients in tax disputes from inception to resolution. She has worked across the financial services, technology and media, and retail sectors, and has significant experience in restructuring groups and deal structure support to achieve optimal tax outcomes.

Karen previously worked as a tax partner at Andersen, KPMG and PwC, and as a tax director at a multinational based in South Africa and the Netherlands.
