Lavina Daya

Lavina Daya is an Executive at ENS. Her practice focuses on Tax Law, specialising in corporate and international income tax, including domestic and international restructuring and inbound and outbound investments.

She has acted for clients in various industries on issues such as South African income tax, capital gains tax implications of cross-border investments, transfer pricing and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. Her experience also includes advising on South African exchange control regulations.

Her experience includes performing due diligence reviews and tax accrual reviews as part of the external audit of a diverse range of corporations.

She holds a BCom in Accounting and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town, a Higher Diploma in Taxation from the University of Cape Town and a Certificate in International Taxation from the University of Cape Town, and is a Chartered Accountant (SA). She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
