Stephan Minne is a Consultant in the Tax practice, specialising in financial services, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate tax. He advises a variety of local and international corporate clients on tax management, acquisitions, funding, and product structuring transactions across multiple sectors, including life and non‑life insurers, banks, asset management companies, and private equity funds.

His practice spans tax advisory, corporate tax structuring, and transaction‑related tax matters, providing strategic legal and tax counsel to clients across complex corporate and financial transactions.

He holds a BCom (Accounting) (Honours) from the University of Johannesburg, a Higher Diploma in Tax Law from the University of the Witwatersrand, and is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
