Cameron Nathaniel

Cameron Nathaniel is an Associate at ENS in the Tax practice. His practice focuses on Tax Law.

Cameron specialises in corporate tax, with particular focus on mergers, acquisitions and demergers, international tax and cross-border planning, financing arrangements, as well as exchange control matters.

He has acted for clients in the financial services industry, and the manufacturing and retail sectors.

His experience includes advising clients on domestic and offshore structures relating to a wide range of transactions such as corporate restructures and financing arrangements, assisting clients to resolve tax disputes, performing tax due diligence reviews, drafting exchange control applications and drafting tax ruling applications. He has furthermore assisted international and South African multinationals with their transfer pricing needs, including transfer pricing planning advice, economic analyses together with benchmarking studies and the preparation of transfer pricing compliance documentation.

Cameron has also completed the Transfer Pricing Advisory Programme through the South African Institute of Taxation.

He holds an LLB from the University of the Western Cape and an LLM from the University of Cape Town, and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
