Ahmed Rajan

Ahmed Rajan is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.

He has experience in matters concerning administrative law, constitutional law, contract law, delict and property law, and has represented clients in trials and motion proceedings before the High Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court. He also has extensive experience in domestic and international arbitrations under various rules, including AFSA, ICC, LCIA, PCA and UNCITRAL. He has assisted clients with internal and external investigations and has appeared before the Financial Services Tribunal.

Ahmed holds an LL.B (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2018) and a B.A. (Law) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2016). He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
