Trishmika Ghazi

Trishmika Ghazi is an Associate in the Shipping, Ports and Logistics practice at ENS, specialising in maritime and admiralty law.

She has broad experience in processing and defending maritime claims, security and in rem arrests and releases, charter party disputes, casualty investigations, taking crew statements, and general logistics disputes. She has acted on behalf of vessel owners and operators, as well as trade associations and their insurers, including P&I Clubs and hull underwriters. She also has experience in debt recovery for shipping lines, including preparation of letters of demand, tracing of debtors and institution of legal proceedings.

Trishmika holds an LL.B (cum laude) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

She is a member of the Maritime Law Association of South Africa and has completed the Understanding Shipping course with the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. She is recognised as a Next Generation Lawyer by The Legal 500 EMEA 2026 for Shipping in South Africa.
