Thina Ntsaluba

Thina Ntsaluba is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice, focusing on Health Care Law. She specialises in company law-related work, healthcare and pharmaceutical law, the food and pet food industries, as well as advertising law.

Her experience includes conducting research and advising on regulatory matters, with a particular focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.

She is also experienced in general corporate commercial and company law matters, and regulatory issues including those relating to medical devices, medical schemes and foodstuffs, drafting formal submissions to National Departments and other regulatory bodies on proposed legislation, and responding to enquiries from various regulatory bodies.

She has advised clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, agricultural, automotive and locomotive industries.

She holds an LLB (Cum Laude) from Nelson Mandela University and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
