Pesachya Glixman

Pesachya Glixman is an Associate in the firm's Corporate Commercial practice at ENS, practicing in Health Care Law. He specialises in healthcare and pharmaceutical law, medical schemes law, food and beverage industries law, advertising law, and commercial and regulatory compliance matters.

His experience includes advising on regulatory issues relating to consumer protection, medical devices, medical schemes, and foodstuffs, responding to enquiries from various regulatory bodies, and advising clients in litigious regulatory matters across industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food, FMCG, agricultural, and gambling.

Pesachya holds a BA Law (cum laude) and an LLB (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
