Thameena Ganey

Thameena Ganey is an Associate at ENSafrica, practising in the firm's Banking and Finance practice. She specializes in the establishment of, and advisory services in relation to, commercial and mutual banks, as well as debt capital transactions, including advising dealers, arrangers, and issuers on bond issuances.

Her experience includes transactional work relating to general corporate financing, and she is adept at navigating the intricate legislative landscape governing corporate and banking entities, offering comprehensive advice to facilitate client operations within the legal framework. She contributed to matters that achieved ENS's High Yield Deal of the Year and Natural Resources Finance Deal of the Year at the 2024 Bonds, Loans, and ESG Capital Markets Africa Awards.

She holds an LL.B from the University of Cape Town and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
