Tendai Jangara

Tendai Jangara is an Executive at ENSafrica in the Forensics practice. She has extensive experience in forensic legal services and corporate governance across Africa, serving both public and private sectors in industries including mining, energy, aviation, banking, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

She has led complex local and cross-border investigations, successfully resolved multi-million-rand irregular expenditure transactions, and provided expert advice on regulatory compliance and corporate governance, aligning with legislative requirements and King IV standards. Additionally, she has developed and delivered comprehensive fraud awareness strategies and training programmes, integrating forensic functions into enterprise-wide processes. She is also a data protection specialist, advising on compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

She holds an LL.B from the University of Cape Town, a Master of Philosophy in Accounting Sciences with a focus on Fraud Risk Management from the University of Pretoria, an Advanced Certificate in Forensic Examination (Fasset SETA), and a Certificate in Fraud Examination from the University of Pretoria. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Commercial Forensic Practitioner FP(SA). She is admitted as an advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
