Tebogo Mphaphuli

Tebogo Mphaphuli is a Partner in the Conveyancing department at Shepstone & Wylie's Johannesburg office, specialising in property law and conveyancing. She facilitates the registration of residential and commercial bonds and transfers, and is well versed in the processes of the deeds office and financial institutions.

She handles the day‑to‑day affairs of signing up clients, overseeing the correctness of all deeds office documents, and sees through the final registration processes. She also attends to the drafting of various notarial documents including antenuptial contracts, long‑term leases, and servitudes.

Tebogo holds an LLM in Labour Law and an LLB from the University of Johannesburg (UJ). She is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary.
