Tamara Chinganya

Tamara Chinganya is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at ENS, specialising in general commercial litigation and international arbitration.

She advises clients on a range of litigious and non-litigious matters, with experience across company law, contract law, labour law and property law. She has been involved in instituting and defending matters in the High Court, as well as conducting international arbitrations under the auspices of organisations such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). She also has expertise in customs and excise litigation, including rebate claims, where she provides advice and ensures compliance with court rules and procedures.

Tamara holds a BA Law and an LL.B from Rhodes University and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
