Siya Ngcamu

Siya Ngcamu is a Partner specialising in Employment Law and labour litigation. He advises clients on all aspects of employment law, including the drafting of employment contracts and separation agreements, retrenchments, workplace policy development, and employment‑related due diligence investigations.

He regularly represents clients in disciplinary hearings, and in disputes at both the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and the Labour Court, handling matters relating to unfair dismissals and unfair labour practices. He has been involved in a wide range of employment law matters across multiple sectors, delivering practical and commercially sound legal solutions to clients.

Siya holds an LLM (with distinction) from the University of Johannesburg (2021) and an LLB (cum laude) from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal (2017). He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has been named by Legal 500 as a legal expert (2022, 2024) and a rising star (2025).
