Sibusiso Nkomani

Sibusiso Nkomani is a Senior Reward Consultant at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in employment law and reward advisory. He focuses on research for reward practices, analytics, and financial modelling across various industries, including mining, real estate, banking, retail, education, insurance, private equity, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.

Sibusiso has advised Growthpoint Properties Limited on executive director and Exco remuneration benchmarking and pay gap analysis; Quality Chemical Industries Ltd (Uganda) on long-term incentive structures for senior personnel; Botswana Insurance Holdings on Exco remuneration benchmarking and short‑term and long‑term incentives; and Old Mutual Property on employee remuneration benchmarking. He has also advised various employee share ownership schemes. He has worked on rewards advisory matters in multiple African countries, including South Africa, Botswana, and Uganda.

Sibusiso holds a BCom in Financial Management Sciences, a BCom (Hons) in Financial Management Sciences, and an MCom in Financial Management Sciences from the University of Pretoria. He is a member of the South African Rewards Association (SARA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA).
