Jessie Gertzen

Jessie Gertzen is a Senior Associate in the firm's Employment practice at ENS, practicing in Employment Law. She specialises in employment litigation and compliance, as well as individual, collective, and general employment law, advising clients across a wide array of employment matters including investigations, employment equity, industrial action, business reorganisations and transfers, due diligence, dismissals, and incapacity processes.

Jessie has advised clients across multiple sectors, including mining, construction and energy, aviation, chemicals, public sector, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, telecommunications, and transport. She is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law.

She holds a BA (Cum Laude) and an LLB (Magna cum laude) from the University of Cape Town, and is admitted as an attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa.
