Siobhan Zeiler

Siobhan Zeiler is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice. Her practice focuses on Dispute Resolution.

She specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on general commercial and construction litigation.

She has acted for clients in a variety of industries including mining, energy, transport, consumer goods, hospitality, building, construction, engineering and state-owned entities.

Siobhan's experience includes advising on both litigious and non-litigious matters relating to general commercial litigation, contractual disputes and procurement issues. In addition, she is experienced in drafting legal opinions and memoranda.

She is a representative for the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum for the Africa Chapter.

She holds an LLB (cum laude) from the University of Johannesburg and an LLM from Cornell University, and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and to the New York State Bar.
