Phylicia Naidoo

Phylicia Naidoo is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in the Cape Town office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, including arbitrations and mediations, with a particular emphasis on complex contractual disputes, insolvency law, business rescue and curatorship applications.

Phylicia has acted in various delictual, contractual and property disputes, advising a range of prominent corporate clients including vehicle manufacturers, other manufacturers and mining companies. She holds an LL.B. (cum laude) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (2013) and has completed an Advanced Short Course in Business Rescue Practice through UNISA and L.E.A.D (2021). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
