Sibusile Khusi

Sibusile Khusi is a Senior Associate specialising in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance. She advises clients across the financial services, technology, industrials, and consumer goods sectors.

She has advised Rand Merchant Bank and Morgan Stanley, as joint bookrunners, on the sale of MTN Zakhele Futhi's shares in MTN Group, raising approximately ZAR 3 billion, and Brait plc on the tender offer by its wholly owned subsidiary to acquire up to ZAR 400 million in aggregate principal amount of exchangeable bonds. She has also been involved in corporate restructurings and general commercial advisory matters across multiple sectors.

Sibusile holds an LL.B from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal (2015) and a Certificate in Management Compliance from the University of Cape Town (2019). She is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and is recommended by Legal 500 (2025) for Commercial, Corporate and M&A.
