Karen Couzyn

Karen Couzyn is a Partner based in Johannesburg, with over 20 years of experience advising on all aspects of specialised finance transactions, particularly securitisation and other debt capital market transactions. Her primary practice area is Capital Markets Law.

Her experience includes stand-alone debt issues, debt programmes, multi-seller conduits and re-packagings, both public and private.
