Shandré Smith

Shandré Smith is an Associate specialising in Competition Law. She advises on a range of competition law matters, including prohibited practices, competition law litigation, evaluating the competition and public interest impacts of merger applications, and providing competition law compliance training and advice.

She has experience advising clients across various sectors on competition law compliance, regulatory investigations, and merger control matters, delivering strategic legal counsel to clients across multiple industries.

Shandré holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand (2020) and a BA (Law and Politics) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2018). She is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners.
