Nivaani Moodley

Nivaani Moodley is an Associate Director specialising in Employment Law and labour litigation. She advises clients on a wide range of employment and labour matters, including retrenchments, transfers of a business, grievances, disciplinary enquiries, employment contracts, restraint of trade agreements, dismissals of senior executives, benefit and incentive schemes, employment‑related medical malpractice issues, and immigration law.

She has extensive experience in Labour Court proceedings, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, urgent applications, review applications, and trials. She also handles arbitrations and conducts due diligence investigations relating to the employment aspects of a business.
