Nicolette Naidoo

Nicolette Naidoo is an Associate in the Intellectual Property & Innovation practice at ENS, specialising in trade mark prosecution, including availability and registrability searches, filings, office actions, refusals and recordals, both locally and internationally.

She advises on global trade mark search and filing strategy, brand management, portfolio audits, and copyright and commercial matters. She has advised clients across a wide range of industries and sectors, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, media, education, retail, food and beverage, hospitality, automotive, technology, construction and financial services.

Nicolette holds an LL.B and an LL.M in Business Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She is a qualified Trade Mark Practitioner in South Africa and a member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL). She has also been appointed as the Young Professional Next Gen Liaison for the ChIPs Network (South African Chapter).
