Ndaedzo Khwidzhili

Ndaedzo Khwidzhili is an Associate Director specialising in dispute resolution, with experience in commercial litigation, administrative law, arbitration and mediation. He advises clients in both the private and public sectors on a range of corporate and commercial disputes, including contractual and shareholder disputes, public procurement, public decision-making, judicial reviews and insolvency matters.

He has experience in international offshore dispute resolution, having represented various clients in relation to commercial, trust, insolvency and regulatory disputes while practicing at international offshore law firms in Guernsey. His practice spans both contentious and advisory work, delivering strategic legal solutions across multiple sectors.

Ndaedzo holds an LL.M (with distinction) in Commercial and Business Law from the University of the Witwatersrand (2022), a Certificate in Insolvency Law (with distinction) from the University of Pretoria (2019), and an LL.B (with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2015). He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
