Moleboheng Mokoena

Moleboheng Mokoena is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice, focusing on Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. She specialises in business rescue, dispute resolution and insolvency.

She has expertise in business rescue, having acted for various clients across a range of sectors in respect of placing companies under business rescue, as well as representing creditors and companies under business rescue and insolvency proceedings. In this regard, she has experience in meetings of creditors, formal inquiries into the affairs of companies in liquidation, drafting liquidation and proof of claim affidavits on behalf of creditors, and litigation in business rescue proceedings.

Her experience also includes assisting clients in matters proceeding in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court, having acted for various clients across different sectors including mining.

She holds an LLB, an LLM and a Certificate in Access to Privacy and Information Law from the University of the Witwatersrand, and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces, South Africa.
