Roxanne has advised Airlink (Pty) Ltd as a major creditor in the market-defining ZAR 70 billion business rescue of South African Airways SOC Ltd; the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa in the restructuring of Kalagadi Manganese; the business rescue practitioners of Rebosis Property Fund Ltd in relation to one of the largest business rescues in the market with total liabilities of ZAR 13 billion; and the Post Office Retirement Fund as major creditor in the business rescue proceedings of the South African Post Office SOC Ltd. She has also advised Sasol South Africa Limited on a fraud perpetrated by an employee costing the company over ZAR 50 million and instituting proceedings to recover such losses; PRASA in its litigation against Siyangena Technologies Limited relating to contracts worth ZAR 5.5 billion; and Capitec Bank and Investec in various commercial recoveries, litigation, and insolvency matters. She has also advised on the restructuring of Edcon, a large mining conglomerate, Comair Limited, SPAR Limited, DayBreak Foods, and various clients who continued to render services to SAA during its business rescue.

Roxanne holds an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Postgraduate Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice (cum laude) from the University of Pretoria, and an LL.M in Commercial Law (cum laude) from the University of Johannesburg. She is admitted as an Attorney and Notary Public.
