Michelle Gadzikwa

Michelle Gadzikwa is an Associate in the Banking and Finance Department at Bowmans' Cape Town office, focusing on banking and finance law.

She has experience in preference share financing, secured and syndicated lending, acquisition finance, debt restructuring, and debt capital markets, including establishing domestic medium term note programmes and note issuances. Notable matters include advising MLM Medical Holdings on its acquisition of Cytespace Africa Laboratories financed by Rantum Capital; advising FirstRand Bank (RMB) on the refinancing of the Goldrush Group; advising Attacq Limited on the establishment of its ZAR5 billion domestic medium term note programme; advising Northam Platinum Limited on its ZAR15 billion domestic medium term note programme; advising Toyota Financial Services South Africa on its ZAR10 billion programme and debut issuance; and advising Growthpoint Properties Limited on a ZAR1.3 billion note issuance.

Michelle holds an LL.B from the University of Johannesburg and is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
