Kylynn Meyer

Kylynn Meyer is an Associate in ENS’s Banking and Finance practice, focusing on Banking and Finance Law. She specialises in structured and transactional funding, including debt and preference share finance, restructuring and related security structures.

She also advises on financial services regulation, including collective investment schemes, licensing applications and ongoing compliance for asset managers, funds and other regulated participants.

Kylynn acts for funders (including local and international banks and institutional investors), borrowers and issuers, and regulated financial sector participants.

She holds an LLB (cum laude) from the University of the Western Cape and is admitted as an attorney to the High Court of South Africa.
