Amber Ebden

Amber Ebden is an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at ENS, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. She advises clients on debt financing and structured finance transactions, including preference shares, restructuring, and related security structures, and has experience acting on both sides of financing transactions.

She provides strategic legal counsel on regulatory and financial services matters, including insurance regulations, the National Credit Act, the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, and ancillary codes, standards, and directives. Her practice spans both transactional and regulatory advisory work across multiple sectors.

She holds an LL.B from the University of Cape Town and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
