Kirsten Eiser

Kirsten Eiser is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specializing in Employment Law. She advises on employment contracts, employment‑related commercial agreements, employment policies and procedures, and conducts the employment aspects of due diligence investigations. Her expertise extends to restraints of trade, labour law litigation, arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolution, as well as matters related to data protection law.

Kirsten holds an LL.B (2009), a B.Com (2007) from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Certificate in Pension Funds Law from the University of South Africa (2013), and an LL.M in Pension Funds Law from the University of the Witwatersrand (2017). She is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
