Kerry-Anne do Couto

Kerry-Anne do Couto is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Employment practice. Her primary practice area is Employment Law.

Her experience includes drafting legal opinions, HR policies and agreements, including employment agreements, settlement agreements and voluntary separation agreements; pleadings in Labour Court matters and notices in retrenchment proceedings; various CCMA applications; reviewing HR policies and employment contracts; and assisting with the preparation and drafting of documents, including the formulation of charges, for disciplinary hearings.

She has acted for various sectors and industries, including mining, telecommunications, education, state-owned entities, private entities and not-for-profit entities.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Witwatersrand, an LLB (with Distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand and an LLM (with Distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
