Juané Cronjé

Juané Cronjé is an Associate at Bowmans in the Cape Town office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She advises clients on High Court proceedings, commercial arbitrations and settlement negotiations, with experience in contractual law, company law, administrative law and delictual disputes.

Juané has advised a national retailer on defending claims arising from rental agreements, a film production company on obtaining payment following an application to a state department's incentive programme, a high-net-worth individual on defamation proceedings, and various companies on defending claims arising from the conduct of their employees or independent contractors.

Juané holds an LL.B. from the University of Stellenbosch and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
