Jenna Wilson-Jenkins

Jenna Wilson‑Jenkins is an Associate at Shepstone & Wylie's Durban office, specialising in tax law and dispute resolution with the South African Revenue Service (SARS). She handles objections, appeals, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation in tax‑related matters, and provides detailed opinions on individual income tax, corporate income tax, employee tax, VAT, capital gains tax, the Tax Administration Act, and the Employment Tax Incentive.

She also advises on tax planning and structuring for trusts, estates, and individuals to minimise taxation; transactions including specialised transactions under the Income Tax Act and fundamental transactions under the Companies Act; and assists clients with managing outstanding tax debts, payment arrangements, voluntary disclosures, securing refunds, suspension of payments, and obtaining tax clearance certificates. She is experienced in alternative dispute resolution and negotiations with SARS.

Jenna holds an LLB and BCom Law.
