Janke Gouws

Janke Gouws is an Associate at ENS in the Tax practice, focusing on Tax Advisory Law. She specialises in international tax and direct corporate tax.

Her experience includes advising on international tax, direct corporate tax, withholding taxes, tax administration and tax compliance, as well as on tax-efficient acquisition restructure and funding structures.

She is also experienced in GloBE Pillar Two implementation and compliance, and has advised clients in the mining, financial services, renewable energy and private equity sectors.

Janke holds a BAccLLB from Stellenbosch University and an MComm in International Tax from the University of Cape Town. She is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
