Henry Rossouw

Henry Rossouw is an Executive at ENS in the Employment law practice. His practice focuses on Employment Law.

Henry specialises in unfair dismissals, unfair labour practice disputes, drafting of employment contracts and company policy documents, as well as disputes relating to the enforcement of restraints of trade.

His experience includes providing advice to local and international clients regarding general employment law compliance, including organisational restructuring exercises and transfers in terms of section 197 of the Labour Relations Act. In addition, he provides assistance and representation to clients concerning disciplinary processes and procedures, unfair dismissals and unfair labour practice disputes at the CCMA, disputes under the auspices of the Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Court, restraint of trade disputes, and other employment-related litigation at the High Court.

Henry is a member of a dedicated ENS team specialising in the commercial, financial, legal, tax and regulatory aspects relevant to employee and management remuneration, benefits and incentives. This team services blue chip South African corporates in the listed and unlisted space, designing and implementing incentive plans to achieve their desired commercial outcomes.

He holds a BBusSci (Law) (Honours) and an LLB from the University of Cape Town, and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
