Grace Crocker

Grace Crocker is an Associate in the firm's Employment and Benefits practice, based in the Cape Town office. She practices in Employment Law, advising clients on employment equity, basic conditions of employment, labour relations, and compliance with South Africa's regulatory frameworks.

Ms. Crocker assists with mergers and acquisitions matters, providing insights into the implications for employee transfers and contributing to due diligence processes across multiple industries, including manufacturing, transportation, and logistics. Her litigation experience includes review applications, CCMA arbitrations, and Labour Court matters, and she has advised on equal pay litigation, restraint of trade disputes, and unlawful competition matters.

Grace holds a BA (Law and Psychology) and an LLB from Stellenbosch University. She is a member of SASLAW and the Golden Key International Honour Society. She is also committed to pro bono work and has assisted clients with domestic violence orders and data protection guidance.
