Lara Keil

Lara Keil is an Associate at ENS in the Employment practice, focusing on Employment Law. She specialises in employment litigation and general employment law.

Her experience includes advising clients on various employment law-related issues such as unfair dismissals, unfair discrimination, unfair labour practices, retrenchments and whistleblowing.

She is also experienced in personal injury litigation and has assisted clients in matters involving medical negligence and Road Accident Fund claims.

Lara is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law’s Young Scholar Society (SASLAW YSS), where she serves as a representative of the Western Cape. She holds an LLB and an LLM from the University of Western Cape and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
