Hannah Arendse

Hannah Arendse is an Associate at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial law. She advises on private M&A transactions, due diligence, transaction documentation, and deal execution, contributing to high‑value domestic and cross‑border matters.

Hannah has advised a portfolio company of Convergence Partners on the funding for the acquisition of Inseego's international telematics business in a USD 52 million deal; Blue Earth Capital on a USD 10.5 million loan facility to Rhino Park Holdings for the acquisition of Medfam Holdings, a leading private hospital in Namibia; and NEXT COOLING SA on the due diligence and acquisition of Industrial Water Cooling and its affiliate AS Cooling Technologies India. She also supports the Remuneration and Advisory practice group on employee share incentive schemes and B‑B‑BEE transactions, and works with the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sector group on the supply, distribution, marketing, and advertising of medicines and medical devices.

Hannah holds an LL.B from Stellenbosch University and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
