Annalie Pinch

Annalie Pinch is a Senior Consultant in the Cape Town office, practicing in the firm's Tax Advisory Law practice. She has extensive and solid experience in taxation, having worked in the income tax consulting environment for more than 20 years at both legal and accounting firms.

Her areas of expertise include corporate income tax, domestic income tax matters, cross-border transactions, inbound and outbound investments, tax-efficient planning of corporate acquisitions and restructures, and advising clients in their dealings with the South African Revenue Service. She also advises local and foreign corporates on South African exchange control matters and has performed vendor and buyer due diligence reviews, requested advance tax rulings from SARS, and advised on the application of double tax agreements and the multilateral instrument.

Annalie holds an MCom (Taxation), BCom (Taxation) (Hons), LLB (cum laude), and BCom (Law) from the University of Pretoria.
