Angela Da Costa-Naidoo

Angela Da Costa-Naidoo is a Partner in the corporate department and a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice, based in the Johannesburg office. She has experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including domestic and cross-border private M&A, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, black economic empowerment transactions, and shareholder and joint venture arrangements.

Ms. Da Costa-Naidoo has advised on significant cross-border transactions, including assisting Qatar Airways with its acquisition of a 25% stake in Airlink, a global mining supply company with its acquisition of a leading African foundry, and a global exhibitions service provider with its acquisition of a major exhibition centre in Africa. She also spent just under two years working at the London office of a global ('magic circle') law firm.

She holds an LLB with distinction from the University of the Witwatersrand and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
