Tyla Foster

Tyla Foster is an Executive in the firm's Mining Law and Occupational Health and Safety practice at ENS. She has represented listed and unlisted companies in formal accident inquiry proceedings and investigations conducted under the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993.

Her expertise includes providing legal advice on legislative requirements under the MHSA and OHASA, reviewing health and safety agreements, drafting letters of appointment, and advising on mandatory and discretionary legal appointments and structures. She has also conducted multiple due diligence investigations relating to occupational health and safety matters.

Tyla holds a BSocSci and an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
