Tebogo Mokgojwa

Tebogo Mokgojwa is an Investigations Manager in the Dispute Resolution Department at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in compliance law and corporate investigations. She is a member of the Corporate Investigations Practice and joined Bowmans in 2021.

Tebogo has experience investigating allegations made against high-profile government officials and suppliers on procurement fraud at a large state-owned entity; reviewing bank statements to identify irregular payments; conducting invoice analysis to assess service delivery within supplier agreements; and interrogating evidence using e-discovery platforms such as Summation, Reveal 11, Cellebrite, and dtSearch. She also uses visual analysis tools such as i2 Analyst Notebook to turn complex information into actionable intelligence, conducts interviews with relevant parties, and prepares draft reports of factual findings based on evidence discovered. Her experience also includes project and evidence tracking and data capturing.

Tebogo holds a BCom degree in Forensic Accounting and Chartered Accountancy, and a BCom Honours degree in Forensic Accounting, both from North West University. She is an affiliate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners South African Chapter (ACFE) and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
