Sandile Filtane

Sandile Filtane is a Senior Associate advising on a broad range of issues relating to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), group reorganisations, corporate governance, general commercial, company and trust law. He has expertise in implementing corporate transactions, restructurings, cross‑border transactions, and M&A for private and listed companies.

He drafts various contracts, corporate, company, and trust constitutional documents, and provides clients with general corporate services, including legal due diligence investigations. His practice spans both transactional and advisory work, delivering practical legal solutions to clients across multiple sectors.

Sandile holds an LLB from the University of the Western Cape (2015). He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
