Paul Crosland

Paul Crosland is a Partner specialising in general and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency law, and business rescue practice. He has experience in commercial arbitrations, the prosecution of insolvency proceedings and enquiries, and Superior Court practice, representing clients across the retail, airline, demolition, sports, paint production, fuel distribution, mining, IT, manufacturing, and banking industries.

He has been involved in the resolution of various commercial disputes, including representing athletes in the South African Institute of Drug Free Sports forum. His practice spans both contentious and advisory work, delivering strategic legal solutions across multiple sectors. He has been named by Best Lawyers (2022–2026) as a leading individual.

Paul holds an LLB from the University of Cape Town (2009) and a Certificate in Advanced Short Course in Business Rescue Practice from UNISA and L.E.A.D (2014). He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
